The architectural form of the buildings arose primarily from its commercial purpose, with the aim of the most rational use of form and space, as a new spatial benchmark and space for gathering both on a local and wider level and at the same time a visual dominant when approaching the complex from Banjska Street and coming from the direction of the city center .
Sitting in the gardens is covered with pergolas, with vertical green walls, enhanced with planters and plants creating a pleasant ambience for rest, thus giving a new quality to this type of complex.
In accordance with the purpose of the building, free areas are planned, defined as areas for communication and green areas. Spaces for gathering and recreation of visitors as well as spaces for children’s playgrounds and entertainment are planned within the green areas.
